By using Marudio ("the Service"), you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Marudio provides AI-powered audio denoising and volume boosting through a web-based interface. The Service processes audio files uploaded by users and returns processed versions.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the audio files you upload. Marudio does not claim ownership of your content. The Service itself, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of Marudio.

5. Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Marudio is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Audio processing quality may vary depending on input quality and characteristics.

6. Subscription and Payments

Free tier users can process audio files up to 5 minutes in length with WAV-only export. Pro tier subscriptions are billed monthly and provide extended limits and additional export formats. Cancellation can be done at any time through the account page.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for violations of these terms, without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
